Peer Navigators


All Summer Bridge students will be supported by peer navigators who work with them from the start of the 5-week program and in group settings in the academic year. 


Peer Navigators:

  • Are a critical part of your transition to UCSan Diego
  • Serve as a resource for campus information
  • Empower students to explore a variety of academic, social, and personal concerns

Peer Navigators support Summer Bridge students through the following opportunities:

    • Peer Navigators are the FIRST point of contact to aid with onboarding processes (Triton + SBchecklist)
    • Assists in Summer and Fall course registration
    • Meets with students in “one-to-one” sessions during the summer 
    • Facilitates weekly community-building programming for students, also known as Peer-LedSuccess Circles.
