Summer Bridge 2025: Eligibility & Pre-Registration

Am I Eligible?

All incoming first-year students are welcome to pre-register for the Summer Bridge Program. During the pre-registration screening, eligibility will be determined based on the following criteria:

Enrolled as a full-time, first-year undergraduate student at UC San Diego starting Fall 2025
Not a transfer student
Not an international student
Able to commit to attending the full five-week program during Summer Session

If the number of pre-registrations exceeds the available slots, priority will be given to:

First-generation college students
Students with financial need
Former foster youth

Summer Bridge Pre-Registration

You can pre-register for our 2025 Summer Bridge program now! You will have until the extended deadline of June 2nd by 11:59pm to pre-register for our program. You can only pre-register if you accept your offer to UC San Diego and complete your DUO Two Step Login for your UC San Diego SSO (Single Sign On).
